I joined my first gym at 11 years old. My mom had to lie for me and say that I was 12 for me to legally be allowed to workout, Thanks mom. This began a life long relationship with health that has been both positive and, at times in my adolescence, obsessive and potentially negative. Learning about myself along this journey I find it extremely rewarding to help others avoid the pitfalls that come with a long-term relationship with fitness, health and the human body.

Since that time I have graduated with a degree in Nutrition Sciences and Chemistry, become certified and worked as a 1-on-1 coach for 5 years and won my Drug-Free Professional Men’s Physique competitor status in the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation. My personal fitness journey began over 17 years ago and in that time I fell in love with the process. True success in fitness is consistency, and in order to be consistent we must find the path that works for us. Each of us has a unique “Why” to our story. Unique goals and experiences that require personalized attention. My goal with each of my clients is to understand their individual needs, and offer personalized solutions.
